Alfonso Nardi is a dynamic leader with deep expertise in regulatory compliance, strategic marketing, litigation, and financial strategy. Since joining CareCloud in May 2017 as a member of the Legal Department, he has played a critical role in shaping the company’s compliance framework and business strategy. His leadership as Director of Compliance and Contracts paved the way for his appointment as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Chief Compliance Officer in March 2020. 

With a Juris Doctorate, an MBA in Finance, and an IAPP certification in U.S. privacy law, Mr. Nardi brings a multifaceted perspective to healthcare compliance and corporate strategy. His expertise ensures that CareCloud remains at the forefront of regulatory excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth, helping healthcare organizations navigate an ever-evolving industry landscape.
