Kristen Rothe is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contracts, commercial litigation, and regulatory compliance. As Corporate Counsel & Privacy Officer at CareCloud, she plays a vital role in ensuring the company’s business operations remain aligned with evolving legal and privacy regulations, mitigating risks while supporting strategic growth. 

Before joining CareCloud in 2024, Ms. Rothe gained valuable experience at the Superior Court of New Jersey before transitioning into private practice, where she advised corporations and municipal entities on business law, litigation, intellectual property, and commercial contracts. 

Ms. Rothe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dartmouth College, an MBA in Sport Management and Finance from Seton Hall University, and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, where she also earned a Certificate in Corporate & Business Law. Her multidisciplinary expertise allows her to navigate the complexities of healthcare law with precision, ensuring CareCloud remains at the forefront of compliance, privacy, and corporate governance.
