Our team of experts will guide you through your Practice Management implementation over the next few weeks. The process will start with a kickoff call from your Implementation Manager in the next few days, who will:

Properly configure your practice within CareCloud
Ensure that your EDI/ERA approvals are in place in order to send claims and receive payment
Coordinate data import and/or integration with an existing system if necessary
Facilite your training
Ensure a smooth “go-live” transition
Verify you are fully operational on CareCloud

It is important to note a few extremely important items that we need your help preparing for a successful implementation:

Please fill out the Setup Forms below. These are critical for us to ensure that you are set up correctly within CareCloud. Filling these forms out is the first step to start implementation.

Please watch the enrollment video on this page. It explains the importance of obtaining accurate enrollment information from you, including your credentialed Payer Mix, Sample Claims and EOBs. Without these crucial pieces, your enrollment applications could be sent incorrectly, delaying your go-live and potentially disrupting your practice’s cash flow.

If you are implementing Charts EHR, that implementation will occur as planned with your Implementation Manager. During this phase, you can expect the following:

A detailed practice workflow assessment
Configuration for e-prescribing
Detailed training through webinar, video and a one-on-one sessions
