Bonnie Boyer brings more than 15 years of finance leadership experience, including public-company roles across the technology sector, with a background spanning financial strategy, investor relations and capital markets. She joined CareCloud in July 2026 as Assistant Chief Financial Officer and was appointed Chief Financial Officer effective October 1, 2026. Previously, she served as CFO of Guident Corp., an AI-powered autonomous technology company, where she led IPO readiness initiatives. She also served as Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance at Sagent M&C, a mortgage servicing software provider.

Bonnie held senior finance roles at then-NYSE-listed KEMET Corporation, subsequently acquired by YAGEO Corporation. Earlier, she held external reporting roles at Ryder System, Inc. She began her career at KPMG, is a Florida-licensed CPA and holds an MBA in Accounting.
