Account Deletion Policy

You can request deletion of your talkPHR 360 account and associated personal data at any time. Choose one of the options below.

Request via email

Email us at the address below for account deletion, and our representative will contact you.

Request via the app

If you’d like to do it yourself, access your account through the app using the links below and delete it from Settings > Delete My Account.

What happens after you request deletion

Submitting this request begins a verified closure process:

  1. Your practice is notified of your request.
  2. A representative contacts you to verify your identity.
  3. Your account is closed once verification is complete.
  • Your account is disabled as soon as your request is submitted, and you'll be signed out. Nothing is deleted until we verify your identity.
  • Identity verification is required to protect your health information.
  • Your profile, login, and contact details are permanently deleted within 30 days of verification.
  • Medical records are retained as required by applicable state and federal law.
