Brendan Covello serves as CareCloud’s Corporate Counsel, Compliance Officer, and Vice President of Corporate Development, bringing experience across corporate law, regulatory compliance, and business development. A member of the Florida Bar, Mr. Covello oversees CareCloud’s legal strategy and growth initiatives, with a focus on corporate transactions, governance, and M&A. Prior to joining CareCloud, Mr. Covello practiced as a Commercial and Corporate Associate at Mamone Villalon in Miami, where he managed complex disputes, advised clients on compliance matters, and supported M&A transactions. A graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and UCLA, Mr. Covello is focused on strengthening CareCloud’s legal and regulatory framework while pursuing strategic opportunities that support the company’s growth.
