With over 40 years of financial expertise, Norman Roth serves as CareCloud’s Interim CFO and Corporate Controller. Since 2014, he has spearheaded initiatives that optimize financial performance and uphold corporate integrity. Before joining CareCloud, Mr. Roth had worked as a forensic accountant since 2003, primarily in accounting malpractice. From 1991 through 2002, Mr. Roth served as the Director of External Reporting, Treasury and Tax and later as Business Manager of WWOR-TV. Mr. Roth began his career at Ernst & Young LLP in 1977 and left as a senior manager after 13 years of service. A summa cum laude graduate of Rutgers and holder of an MBA in Taxation, Mr. Roth’s CPA and fraud examiner credentials underscore his precision and integrity.
